Larry Pinnock joined Western Capital Realty Advisors 8 years ago, bringing with him 23 years of commercial and residential real estate development and management experience. His broad analytical and development background has provided him the tools to understand commercial real estate lending from a developer/ owner perspective as he assists clients in structuring debt to best suit their needs. Larry has background with insurance, bank & credit union, Wall Street and agency lenders and will find the best loan structure for a particular commercial real estate transaction.
Prior to joining Western Capital Realty Advisors, Larry began his real estate career in Salt Lake City with Leucadia Financial Corporation where he was vice President.

Project Director – Rosemary Beach, Florida (8/01 – 10/03): Oversaw all aspects of project management for Rosemary Beach (see rosemarybeach.com) including Realty Sales, Cottage Rental Company operations, development completion and sale of all remaining lots, managed completion of amenities, negotiated and coordinated the turnover process to homeowners.
Property Management (8/89 – 8/01). Oversaw the development and sale of more than 1,000 acres of real estate holdings in southern Utah. Orchestrated and completed the first three-way trade negotiation with the BLM and St. George City, adding 2,682 acres to the Company’s southern Utah portfolio next to the St. George Airport.

Dale Christiansen joined Western Capital Realty Advisors at the start of 2015. He brought with him 30 plus years of real estate finance, banking and management experience. Dale’s background includes loan origination, credit approval, workouts, REO management, loan servicing & reporting systems, and credit underwriting. Prior to joining Western Capital Realty Advisors, Dale worked for US Bank as a Regional Credit Officer, Wells Fargo Bank as SVP and Manager of the real estate lending office in charge of lending in the intermountain region. He also worked for various other banks in the southwestern US spanning over 30 years. Dale began his career in Texas and has worked for banks Arizona and California. He has worked on and financed projects from the east to the west coast and all products types. Dale is active in many civic endeavors and currently serves on the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board. He is a past Board Member of the Utah Chapter of NAIOP. Dale has testified as an expert witness in various legal disputes. Dale is active in real estate investing/ownership/development along with co-owning a working cattle ranch and big game hunting operation in northwestern Utah. He is active in the local community and church. Most importantly Dale and his wife of over 30 years are the grandparents of 9 wonderful grandkids.

Nate Barnson joined Western Capital Realty Advisors in June of 2005. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Nate has financed various projects from nearly all commercial real estate asset classes including: office buildings, medical office buildings, grocery anchored retail, unanchored retail, industrial, apartments, acquisition and development of land, condo conversions, hospitality, mini- storage, student housing, and other special purpose properties. He works with diverse capital sources and has originated, underwritten and closed over half a billion dollars of construction, permanent and bridge financing with various lenders including: banks, insurance companies, CMBS, credit unions, government sponsored agencies (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD), private capital, as well as some equity sources. Nate, along with the other principals at Western Capital, is very focused on maintaining a borrower advocate shop. He prides himself on finding the very best deal for his clients, whether it is with one of his preferred correspondent lenders, or with another source of capital best suited to meet the borrower’s needs.
